Say hello to Ella, the first Logan City baby born in 2021.
She was born at 1:08am on New Year’s morning at Logan Hospital.
Her parents are Jesse and Jade Rowe from Berrinba, and they weren’t expecting little Ella until January 15, 2021.
Even up until the last few days her parents didn’t think they would have a new year’s baby, but thought she might be a New Year’s eve baby.
Her full name is Ella Harpur Rowe and she weighed 4270 grams at birth.
She was the young couple’s first baby, and they were expecting a girl.
The Rowes said they would like to thank the maternity staff at Logan Hospital and they are feeling joyful and happy to have their little girl.
Baby Ella was the first Metro South baby for 2021 (Logan, Redland and Beaudesert Hospitals).
