A man’s in a stable condition in hospital after sustaining serious injuries after falling from a balcony at a Tamborine private residence.
The incident occurred just minutes into the New Year with multiple ambulance crews being called to the scene.
It’s understood, a man in his 30’s suffered arm and pelvic injuries in the fall.
He was taken to Brisbane’s Princess Alexandra Hospital in a stable condition.
The events leading up to the man falling over the balcony remain unclear.
