A man’s due to face court tomorrow over the weekend assault of a 51 year old Dalby man in Oakey.
Toowoomba detectives have charged the man with grievous bodily harm following an incident on Saturday night at a property in Oakey.
Police allege the accused was visiting an associate when the pair became involved in a physical altercation.
A 51 year old suffered critical injuries to his head and face.
He was taken to Toowoomba Hospital before being airlifted to the Gold Coast University hospital
A Dalby man has been refused bail and is due to appear in the Toowoomba magistrates court on Monday.
