A 26-year-old motorcyclist from Slacks Creek has died as a result of a crash at Kuraby overnight.
Just before 11.30pm last night, he was travelling east along Compton Road when he crashed into a truck parked on the side of the road.
Police rendered first aid to the man, but he died at the crash site a short time later.
Investigations into the circumstances of the fatal accident are continuing and anyone with information or vision of a black Yamaha FZ6-S in the area prior to the crash is encouraged to contact police.
