No injuries from van explosion near Logan Hyperdome

Two tradies jumped for their lives when their van exploded early Wednesday morning.

The vehicle  went up in flames just after 7:30am on Mungaree Drive in Shailer Park,  not far from the Hyperdome.

It’s understood the van was carrying chemicals and fuel when it quickly caught alight.

The cause of the blast remains a mystery.
