NSW declares Scenic Rim as “Greater Brisbane” – passes needed

New South Wales Health has declared the Scenic Rim as part of the “Greater Brisbane” region.

The declaration means New South Wales authorities will consider all communities within the Scenic Rim as “an affected area” eventhough Queensland authorities have NOT included the region for lockdown.

It’s not known if decision by New South Wales Health was a mistake or a deliberate move to include the region as part of the Greater Brisbane and Logan City lockdown.

You will also require a permit to enter New South Wales.  Click HERE to access the application form from New South Wales Government.

Don’t forget,  you’ll need to complete a Border entry pass to return to Queensland.   Click HERE for the Queensland pass.

IMPORTANT:  Anyone going to New South Wales from the areas in lockdown will have to isolate for the current three-day lockdown period.
