A road crash in the Scenic Rim Tuesday night has put two people in hospital.
A man and woman, both in their 20s, are in the Gold Coast University Hospital in stable conditions after their car hit a tree on Beaudesert Nerang Rd at Witheren, in the southwestern Scenic Rim, at around 7:30pm.
The female suffered leg and seatbelt-related injuries, while the male had arm and seatbelt-related injuries.
There was also a multi-vehicle accident on the M1 during Wednesday morning’s rush hour just south of Logan City.
That accident caused some delays in the southbound lanes between Logan and the northern Gold Coast.
