Goondiwindi Regional Council is reminding shoppers, business operators and their staff to heed the CBD’s parking regulations after a recent spike in complaints.
Council has received numerous complaints about parking, since shoppers returned to the main street, when COVID-19 restrictions were eased recently..
Parking officers continue to be “Out in force” – so motorists are being advised to adhere to the regulations, or face a fine.
Council’s also encouraging those who work within the CBD – to use one of the region’s three free “all-day” car parks.
