Police are investigating the wounding of a man in an overnight assault in Springwood.
About 2:00 this-morning, police and paramedics were called to an address in Dennis Road following reports of a disturbance.
Ambulance crews treated a man on scene for a wound to the stomach.
The man, aged in his 20’s, was taken to Brisbane’s Princess Alexandra Hospital.
This morning, the man was reported to be in a serious condition.
Police are investigation but have so-far not given any information about the type of wound.
