Might be a good idea to keep your umbrella handy for the next couple of days as rain and thunderstorms are in the forecast for Logan City and the Scenic Rim.
The Bureau of Meteorology issued a severe thunderstorm warning at around 9am Tuesday for Logan City.
Those thunderstorms were slow moving. They were forecast to affect Slacks Creek by 9:25am and Logan City and Greenbank by 9:55am.
The bureau later cancelled the storm warning.
Heavy showers marked the early morning commute Tuesday on the M1 between Underwood and Loganlea.
And there could be a thunderstorm in the Scenic Rim Tuesday afternoon with heavy falls likely on the border ranges southwest of Boonah.
It will continue to remain humid, but the forecast maximum temperatures for the next few days will stay in the high 20s.
