700 workers are currently undertaking clearing, earthworks, drainage upgrades, sewer and public utility plant relocations in the vicinity of Springwood Road, Logan City.

These works are in preparation for construction of new bridges over Springwood Road, and widening and realignment of the M1 northbound alignment.
Three new bridges will be constructed over Springwood Road comprising of:
• 1 x new M1 on-ramp bridge carrying traffic from Lexington Road northbound (includes 2 ramp lanes over Springwood Rd + 1 x new V1 Veloway/cycleway)
