Three ViPs have been travelling in the station’s all terrain vehicle meeting and greeting local Forestdale residents.
If the residents were lucky enough to be home, they spoke with them about crime prevention initiatives.
Those who weren’t home had the information left in their letterboxes.
It’s a timely reminder to all residents to ensure their homes are secured when they aren’t there, and valuables aren’t left in plain sight in unoccupied vehicles.
