News Year’s Eve celebrations will take place at various clubs and pubs across Logan tonight.
At Logan Village Hotel there’ll be karaoke at the Hotel’s Beach Party and patrons are asked to dress in bikinis, board shorts, and Hawaiian shirts.
The best dressed will win a $100 voucher to the hotel. The party kicks off at 8pm.
You can ring in the New Year at Diggers Services Club in Logan Central, from 5.30pm.
Bookings are essential and keep an eye out for the New Year’s Eve $20 surf and turf special.
There will also be free live entertainment from the Fire & Rain Trio from 8.30pm until late. Entry is free.
The Springwood Lions Club is hosting an ‘old skool rock party’.
Rock of Nations will be performing and they’ll be sharing the stage with DJ Luke.
Entry is free and there are food and drink specials, and prizes for the best dressed on the night.
The Windaroo Tavern is hosting a free ‘decades’ themed New Year’s Eve party.
The decade’s theme is ‘a little 60s 70s 80s 90s and 00s’
There’ll be a special guest DJ hosting from 8pm until late at at midnight there’ll be a balloon drop.
Fitzy’s Loganholme will be hosting a disco party. DJ MTK will be hitting the decks from 8pm until late. Tickets are $10.
Buy one ticket to three New Year’s Eve shows at the Greenbank Service’s Club. In the Lounge from 8.30pm there will be a ‘countdown reloaded tribute show’, Grant Daniell will be on the Top Deck from 8pm, or you can catch Mick Evans in Wild Poppy from the same time. Tickets are $30 and include a complimentary cocktail on arrival.
You can celebrate the night with ABBA Rebjorn at Beenleigh RSL & Golf Club. Tickets are essential and can be purchased on the club’s website.
At Club Beenleigh get dressed up in your best or worst 60s, 70s, or 80s costumes to party like it’s 1999. The club says tickets are selling fast so book now.
