A fallen tree is no longer blocking a Logan City road

The large tree that fell across Johnson Road in Forestdale yesterday morning, taking power lines with it, has been removed by Energex. 

Police say it took around 11 hours to clear the tree from the road.

During that time Drivers were diverted along Paradise Road and Forestdale Drive.

Energex says the power outage caused by the fallen power lines affected 28 customers.
