After March ended with a spurt of flash flooding, locals were hoping April would bring some sunshine.

However, a week in and it’s rained five out of seven days in Logan City.

According to the Bureau of Meteorology the total amount of rain for Logan City this month (so far) was 97.5mm.

The most rain fell on Tuesday April 6, with 51.8mm.

So far this month the temperature has ranged from 17 degrees to nearly 26 degrees.

Despite a wet and cloudy start to the month, the Bureau of Meteorology has predicted sunshine for the next two days.
