A scare for shoppers on Saturday when some sort of chemical was released at the Eagleby Shopping Plaza.
The centre was evacuated and Fire crews called in to conduct air tests when shoppers began gasping for air.
It’s believed pepper spray was released, causing the scare.
The incident is now the subject of an on-going investigation.
At least one person was taken to Logan Hospital for a sore throat and respiratory irritations.
