Scenic Rim Regional Council has postponed activities at its libraries due to a growing number of COVID-19 cases in Queensland.
The remaining school holiday activities previously advertised and scheduled at council libraries including story times, rhyme times and story times in the park, will not be run this month.
This decision affects all school holiday programs at Beaudesert, Boonah, Canungra and Tamborine Mountain Libraries.
Libraries remain open to customers with COVID-19 restrictions in place.
The council says events and programs will re-start when it’s safe to do so.
