Queenslanders who haven’t been vaccinated against COVID-19 are being urged to get a jab this weekend.
State run vaccination centres at locations such as Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre in Toowoomba are accepting walk-ins for Pfizer jabs tomorrow and Sunday and that also includes people who are over the age of 60.
The vaccination rate in Queensland currently stands at the lowest in Australia at just 58 percent.
Health Minister Yvette D’ath says it’s time to improve that figure.
