That bushfire that had been burning for over a week near Kooralbyn in the Scenic Rim has been contained.
The blaze is now not considered to be a risk.
At one point, it had a radius of around 27 kilometres.
Favourable weather conditions in the last few days have helped firefighters get the upper hand.
The fire had been burning near Green Hills, between Kooralbyn and Allandale.
