Police warn they’ll be cracking down on anyone caught doing the wrong thing during this latest lockdown with all restrictions being strictly enforced.
As reported earlier on My News Feed, Logan City and the Scenic Rim are part of the 11 Local Government Areas that are now part of a 3 day lockdown until 4pm Tuesday.
It’s the strictest lockdown we have ever faced.
However, the lockdown could be extended, pending any further Covid scares.
The lockdown means residents can only leave their home for essential work, shopping, exercise or to care for a loved one.
It also means you can not go any further than 10km from your residential address.

Today’s announcement of a snap lockdown sparked panic buying at the shops.
As reported earlier on My News Feed, some stores saw shoppers waiting in line at the checkout for more than an hour.
It led to a call by the State MP for Woodridge for people to stop panic buying, saying there was plenty of produce available at supermarkets.
