A Logan City conman has repaid his victim after facing the Beenleigh Magistrates court on fraud charges.
The 27 year old from Waterford West turned up in court with a cheque book to pay back more than 12-hundred dollars.
It’s understood, the fraud involved the victim’s ABN .
His lawyer told the court, the fraud was the result of the man’s gambling habit.
The judge sentenced him to 18 months probation as well as an order to pay compensation.
