
Cameron Dick after being returned at the state election
No surprises in the make up of the Palaszczuk Government new look ministry, with several local faces making it to the frontbench of the new look cabinet.
The State MP for Woodridge Cameron Dick has been named as the Queensland Treasurer and Minister for Investment as part of the Labor Government’s third term in office.

Springwood MP Mick De Brenni becomes the Queensland Minister for Energy, Renewables and Hydrogen, as well as Minister for Public Works and Procurement.
The Premier says the new “Hydrogen” portfolio recognises the importance of a valuable new energy source.

Shannon Fentimen – the MP for Waterford – becomes the Attorney-General and Minister for Justice, – as well as Minister for Women – and Minister for the Prevention of Domestic and Family Violence.
Logan MP Linus Power did not get a cabinet post but he’s expected to retain the role of party whip.
