Logan woman who triggered a COVID 19 cluster gets community service

One of the three Logan City women who triggered a COVID -19 cluster has been ordered to complete 40 hours of community service.

Olivia Muranga travelled to Melbourne with two friends last July while the city was declared a hot spot .

She then lied on her border declaration pass when she returned to Queensland.

Ms Muranga pleaded guilty to a downgraded charge yesterday for failing to comply with a health directive.
