Man ordered to payback petrol stations he ripped off

A Logan City man’s been placed on probation and ordered to payback more than a dozen petrol stations after being convicted of stealing fuel over a two month period.

The man appeared in the Beenleigh Magistrates court yesterday.

The 28 year old from Slacks Creek pleaded guilty 

The court was told,  the man stole small amounts of fuel but the offences were varied at several petrol stations including 7 Eleven at Kingston South ,  Freedom Fuels at Eight Mile Plains, Caltex Woolworths at Kingston, 7 Eleven at Acacia Ridge, Puma at Woodridge, Caltex at Slacks Creek, 7 Eleven at Woodridge, among others in Brisbane aswell.

The judge ordered him to payback the money owed to each petrol station and placed him on 18 months probation.
