Police are still searching for a man after a domestic incident at Upper Coomera on Monday night.
37-year-old Mark Lutgenau is on the run and armed with a firearm.
However, police don’t think he’s a threat to members of the community of the Gold Coast or those in Logan City.
Mark is Caucasian, around 190 centimetres tall and has short brown hair and hazel eyes.
Anyone who sees him is urged to call Triple Zero (000) immediately.
Members of the public are advised not to approach Mark for any reason.
Residents and business owners are asked to be vigilant of any suspicious activity or unknown people in the area and immediately contact police.
Police are also appealing for Mark to contact them.
