More money being pumped into mining

More money is being pumped into coal, metals and gas exploration in Queensland.

According to The Australian Bureau of Statistics, investments grew last year by almost 130 million dollars or 23 percent.

Queensland Resources Council Chief Executive Ian Macfarlane says it shows the sector is recovering:
