Four men have pleaded not guilty to their involvement in the so-called Logan City Toolbox murders.
Tuesday marked the opening day of the trial of the men, accused of murdering Cory Breton and Luliana Triscaru who died in 2016 when it’s alleged, they were placed in a tool box and submerged underwater at a dam in Kingston.
The court was told, the pair begged for their lives and desperately tried to escape.
Earlier, one of the men pleaded guilty to Manslaughter, but the Crown rejected the plea.
The trial is continuing
