Police are appealing for urgent public assistance to locate a 40-year-old woman reported missing from Crestmead since late this morning.
Preliminary information suggests a 36-year-old man went to a home on Shannon Place around 11.45 am where he became involved in a fight with the woman.
The woman then left with the man in a black Ford Territory with Qld registration 315 YLW similar to this one.
The woman is a Pacific Islander, around 165 centimetres tall with dark coloured hair and brown eyes. The man is also a Pacific Islander, around 180 centimetres in height with a shaved head and brown eyes. He also has a distinctive tattoo marking under his right eye.
Police urgently wish to conduct a welfare check on the woman and are asking for anyone who may have seen either the man, woman or vehicle to call Triple 0.
