BREAKING: Police seeking assistance with Logan City armed robbery

Police are seeking public assistance to help identify two people who may be able to assist with investigations into an armed robbery in Underwood last Sunday, September 26.

At around 1.10pm, a man and woman approached a parked car on Springvale Circuit, Underwood, and instructed the female driver to exit the vehicle.

The man then produced a knife, while the woman pulled the 41-year-old driver from the car and robbed her of her vehicle keys. In the struggle, the driver sustained multiple slash wounds to her hands.

The man and woman then attempted to start the car, but failed and ran from the scene in possession of the car keys a short time later.

The man is described as Caucasian, approximately 180cm tall, athletic build with short brown hair and was wearing blue shorts.

The woman is described as Caucasian, approximately 170cm tall, long bleach-blonde hair carrying a duffel bag wearing black sunglasses, a white coloured dress and light blue denim jacket.

Detectives are seeking assistance to help identify the man and woman in the images and vision below. Police are also asking anyone with dash cam vision who was driving along Kingston Road, Parramatta Road or Moss Street between 1pm and 2pm to contact police.

The man attempted to wave down a distinctive green Mini hatch on Moss Street after the initial incident. Detectives are urging the driver of that vehicle to contact police with any information they may have.
