Two Logan City councillors were unable to attend the chamber for today’s committee meetings, due to being close contacts of COVID-19.
Deputy Mayor Jon Raven and Councillor Scott Bannan were absent from the chamber for all four committee meetings, including the City Planning, Economic Development and Environment Committee meeting, City Infrastructure Committee meeting, City Lifestyle Committee meeting and City Governance Committee meeting.
In the absence of Deputy Mayor Raven, Councillor Miriam Stemp was appointed Acting Chairperson of the City Planning, Economic Development and Environment Committee meeting.
Deputy Mayor Raven remotely attended meetings via video link from the City Infrastructure Committee meeting onwards.
Councillor Bannan was granted a leave of absence.
