Detectives are awaiting the results of the autopsy of a 51-year-old man who was discovered dead in his Miles home, to determine if his death was suspicious.
The man was found deceased in his Laycock Road property early last Friday afternoon following a welfare check.
Police say when they arrived at his house they were confronted by three dogs and one of them was trying to protect its territory
