Three people are recovering after paramedics were called to an address in Beaudesert following reports of an alleged assault.
The alarm was raised just before 9:30pm Christmas night at a unit in Tina street.
A female in her 20s was found to be suffering head injuries, a male in his 40s with head injuries and a male in his 20s with head, leg and arm injuries.
All three were all transported in serious but stable conditions to Princess Alexandra Hospital.
The circumstances surrounding the incident remain a mystery.
