The heartbroken parents of a five year old boy who died just two hours after being discharged from Logan Hospital are still searching for answers after an autopsy failed to establish the cause of their son’s death.
Hiyaan Kapil passed away as his parents rushed him back to the emergency department of the hospital with severe stomach pain last Sunday night.
Further testing is being undertaken to determine the little boy’s cause of death but it’s likely to take between two and six months to complete.
