A little boy is recovering in Toowoomba Hospital after nearly drowning in a dam on a property at Winmil late yesterday afternoon.
Paramedics, including a critical care team assessed the toddler and transported him to hospital in a stable condition after rescuers pulled him out of the dam.
He’s reportedly doing well in hospital.
