There’s been another big increase in the number of people infected with COVID-19 in Logan with thousands of mystery cases.
In total 3,299 people have been confirmed by Queensland Health as positive cases in the last 24 hours.
Forty-seven people caught the virus while they were overseas, thirty-seven others from someone they know, 15 don’t know who gave them the virus, 12 caught it from interstate and 3,188 cases are under investigation.
In the Scenic Rim, 112 people now have the infection. Four are from overseas, the same number picked it up from someone they know and only one person became infected by someone they don’t know. 103 cases are under investigation.
