The Police Forensic Crash Unit is investigating a single-vehicle crash in North Maclean overnight.
Early information indicates a woman in her 20’s was driving along Greenbank Road shortly before midnight when the vehicle she was driving left the roadway and collided with a tree.
The driver sustained only minor injuries but her passenger , a woman in her 50’s , sustained serious head and chest injuries.
Paramedics transported the pair to Princess Alexandra Hospital after assessing both of them at the site of the crash.
