A Logan lady and her coffee stall have brought relief to flood affected Eagleby by delivering free coffee.
Toni Wilson of Well Soon Espresso was on the ground at the inaugural Eagleby Mud Army meeting on Bishop Street.
Her quiet generosity was noted by all on the ground who recommended that we interview her.
Although the clean-up event did not take place due to the inclement weather, Wilson kept volunteers caffeinated and refreshed throughout the morning.
Not content with leaving a good morning’s work go to waste due to the weather, she decided to take her coffee van down to residents on streets near the Albert River.
The local legend says that providing free coffees is the least she can do for her community.
