Fuel prices on the way down

Motorists concerns of skyrocketing petrol prices have been allayed with news that the discounting phase of the cycle is well underway.

After last week’s price at the pump causing a lot of sticker shock,  the cost of unleaded across Logan City is now $1.45 a litre for unleaded.

But again,  the RACQ is urging you to delay filling up,  if you can.

“Every day that you delay filling up the tank,  will give you a few extra dollars in savings” according to the RACQ’s Vivien O’Connor.

“The best deal is to shop around and reward the retailer that offers the cheapest price”.
