The course runs for 12 weeks, 4 days a week, Mon, Wed, Thurs and Fri from 9am -2.30pm, with a start date of Monday 6th June and finish date Friday 26th August 2022.

Participants will spend time in the kitchen learning to prepare and cook a variety of dishes as well as doing the theory component of the course, with work experience included.

“We offer wrap around support to all participants who are able to access the many services on offer at LECNA if needed,” Karen added.

“This has proven to be a highly successful program, we have an 80% success rate in getting our past participants into employment on program completion.”
