The Clarks Logan City Bus Service driver who had a chemical substance thrown in his face won’t have any permanent damage from it.
The acid-based liquid was apparently thrown through the driver’s side window of the bus by someone in a passing car.
The attack happened on Drews Road at Loganholme on Monday of this week and the 35-year old driver had to be taken to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane afterwards.
The driver continues to recover at home.
Meantime, police are continuing their investigation into the incident.
