Police have charged a 29-year-old Loganlea man in relation to the alleged dangerous operation of a motor vehicle during a gender reveal party at Marsden last month.
It is alleged police obtained dash cam of a vehicle conducting a ‘burn-out’ on Burrinjuck Street and then Timberlee Drive, creating excessive noise and blue smoke which covered the roadway, making it difficult for other motorists to see clearly while driving.
The man has been charged with dangerous operation of a vehicle and fail to comply with a notice under the provisions of the Police Powers and Responsibility Act.
He is expected to appear in the Beenleigh Magistrates Court in December.
