Logan Hospital’s back to normal – after restrictions were placed on the facility earlier this week,

The restrictions were put in place after a doctor at the PA hospital returned a positive COVID 19 test.

Contact tracing was immediately put in place – and authorities are satisfied there’s been no further community transmission.

Restrictions on visitor numbers  at LOGAN hospital have now been eased

Last Tuesday,  the Premier announced the new restrictions at Logan Hospital and other facilities within the Greater Brisbane area.

As part of the restrictions,    there was a limit of two parents or carers  visiting the hospital within a 24-hour period to see inpatients, and one parent or carer for outpatients or presentations to emergency.

All staff, patients and families had to wear surgical masks when entering the hospital.
