Patience for the Covid 19 jab is needed

Logan City and Scenic Rim locals are being told NOT to just “show up” at Logan Hospital and expect to get the Covid 19 jab.

The AstraZenica vaccine became available yesterday at the hospital.

Nine News reporter Mia Glover has said  there’s a procedure in place and the planned rollout will ensure everyone eventually gets the jab.

“You can’t just go to Logan Hospital and say, hey, just give me my jab. It’s more of a case – don’t call us, we’ll call you. So, if you are in that 1 a group – you are a health care worker around the Logan area or you are working as hotel quarantine staff in Brisbane city but you live in Logan, well, you’ll be the one who’s able to get that jab”.
