A 20 year old man will face Beenleigh Magistrates Court today charged with murder.
Police allege the victim, a 25-year-old Browns Plains man sustained critical injuries and died at the scene after being allegedly struck by a car driven at high speed by the 20-year-old man last Friday at around 3pm.
Investigators allege it was a deliberate act following a road rage incident that took place over 30 minutes in the suburbs between Everton Hills on Brisbane’s northside and where the fatal accident occured in Browns Plains.
Police believe the two cars involved in the incident were a white Audi S3, which police allege the 20-year-old was driving when he hit the pedestrian, and a silver, blue Toyota Camry.

The cars mostly used the Clem 7 tunnel, Pacific Motorway and the Gateway Motorway between 2pm and 3pm.
Anyone with dashcam footage of the cars driving either lawfully or erratically, either together or separately are urged to come forward, no matter how insignificant the information might seem.
