Celebrating its 60th Anniversary, the Stanthorpe International Football Club has announced it will be hosting a reunion dinner in October.
“We’re trying to get as many as our past players and current players to attend, our President has contacted basically all of the original team members that we know of, and most of them are pretty keen to come, so we’re hoping we get them here and make it a night of celebrating everything that makes the International Football Club,” says Club Treasurer Debbie Cavanagh.
“We just want to make it as memorable as possible for those who come. We are celebrating who we are and what we’ve stood for all these years.”
Debbie says the Stanthorpe International Football Club 60th Anniversary Reunion Dinner will a chance to thank all the past and present members for their contributions to our football club without whom we would not exist.
“We hope that this Reunion will give members the opportunity to relive past glories, memories and share those experiences and stories with the more recent members,” she says.
Bookings are now open via trybooking.com/BTHKG and will close on Saturday 23rd October.
The dinner will be on Saturday 30th October, from 6pm, at The Stanthorpe International Club, Club Road, Stanthorpe.
