One of Australia’s greatest cricketers Steve Waugh will visit a charity event at Jimboomba later this month.
Following in the footsteps of former teammate Glenn McGrath who recently visted a charity cricket game at Jimboomba, Mr Waugh will drop by a Jimboomba Charity Home Sale Event and Family Fun Day.
The event will take place on Saturday February 26 at 11am at 140 Merivale Avenue, Jimboomba, with free family fun from 10am to 1pm including food trucks, jumping castle and live entertainment.
The event forms part of a house sale by ballot draw in the Riverton community at Jimboomba.
AVJennings, together with over 50 generous suppliers, contractors and supporters have donated their time, materials and expertise to build the home at Riverton, with all profits from the sale to be donated to the Steve Waugh Foundation.
The Steve Waugh Foundation is dedicated to helping improve the quality of life for children and young people living with Rare Diseases in a holistic manner.
If you’re interested in making the home your own, ensure you register for the ballot draw by Thursday February 24 at avjennings.com.au/qld/riverton-jimboomba
