Teen hurt in backyard fire

A teenager is suffering to burns to his arms and face after an overnight accident involving a backyard fire in Forestdale.

The boy was injured just after 6:30 last night when a backyard fire took place at a private address.

He was rushed to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital.

It’s understood the wounds are superficial and he’s now in a stable condition.
