One of Logan’s most notorious roads will soon be upgraded.
Work will start next year on two sections of Mundoolun Road – between Collins Creek Road and John Collins Drive and then from Monmouth Court to Eldesten Street roundabout.
Logan City Council will widen and re-surface the road and install new guard rails and signage along the stretch of just over four kilometres.
Locals say there have been at least five deaths along that stretch of road in the last 16 years.
